iECF365 simplifies compliance local tax regulations related to commercial transactions in the Dominican Republic. It enables your ERP to generate, capture, validate, electronically sign and report NCF numbers quickly and easily, eliminating the use of manual recording and reconciling work for reporting to the government on a monthly basis.
iECF365 system is ICON’s response to the tax compliance laws and regulations established by the Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII)—the Dominican tax authority—in January 1st, 2007. The original system has grown into a full ERP-agnostic electronic invoice engine that provides fully automated electronic invoice processing.

iECF365 allows your users to control all aspects of the management of the fiscal numbers under DGII rules in a way that is completely integrated into Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics GP and transparent to the users. We also offer an ERP-agnostic version of our connector, so your company can benefit from iECF365 regardless of which ERP product you are using. The specific way in which numbers are generated, captured and validated varies depending on type of transaction (sales, purchases, bank transactions), as well as the type of entity in question (customer, vendor or bank). iECF365 is designed to generate and electronically sign documents by communicating your ERP directly with DGII as documents are printed. A big part of the functionality of the product is designed to guarantee the integrity of the data by forcing all required information at the data entry point.
