Founded more than a century ago in 1837 in Chiasso, Switzerland, with the belief that supremely crafted timepieces can be offered for modest sums, Invicta holds true to this objective today.

Invicta Watch Company selected ICON to support their increasingly complex operation based on Microsoft Dynamics GP. This includes their financial and distribution operations, including highly elaborate integrations and customizations, as well as a state-of-the-art warehouse management and EDI system. ICON support has been critical in replacing outdated processes, creating new reporting and analysis capabilities, and improve day-to-day operations with quick and efficient support and development.

Triten Corporation is a private holding company that was founded in 1946 by Roman F. Arnoldy with deep roots in the energy, steel and heavy construction industries. Houston-based Triten Corporation continues its evolution through improvements in its existing businesses and by developing and investing in new enterprises. Triten companies include IAG which focuses on project development, management and execution, Triten Real Estate Partners which develops and operates industrial, office, multi-family and mixed-use projects, and ARNCO Technology which manufactures proprietary technology that extends the operating life of oil drilling assets.

ICON started working to support ARNCO's Microsoft Dynamics GP installation in 2014 after a their previous software partners failed to meet their expectations of service and support. After a short time ARNCO was making full use of their Dynamics GP installation and then some, as well as saving tons of money in consulting fees. Today, the entire group of companies is embracing the future together with ICON, and migrating all their financial operations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Caribbean Port Services (CPS) is a merged entity regrouping most shipping agents and private terminal operators that have heavily invested and collaborated with the Port Authority at the public complex over the last 35 years. CPS manages the Logistics Hub of Haiti, located at the public facilities of the International Port of Port-au-Prince, which is comprised of the new state of the art Port-au-Prince Container Terminal (PAPCT), built with a shared investment totaling USD132MM.

When CPS embarked in this ambitious project of unifying port operations in Haiti, they new they would require new systems that could handle the large volume of operations with enterprise-level auditing capabilities. CPS hired ICON to install Microsoft Dynamics GP to manage all of its financial and back office operations, having heard of ICON"s excellent reputation in complex business environments in Haiti. The main requirements included real-time integration with their Terminal Operating System (TOS), Octopi by Cetus Labs. With this integration, terminal operations charges are generated by the TOS and integrated automatically to Dynamics GP for billing and accepting payments from customers. In addition to this, all financial management activities, as well as the entire multi-currency payroll is handled by Dynamics GP.

El Catador is a dominican company with more than 30 years in the market dedicated to import and distribution of the most recognized wine brands in the world, as well as spirits. Its passion for the wine culture has made them a leader in the Dominican market.

El Catador implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP together with ICON, in order to automate critical business processes. ICON installed the first Windows-based infrastructure in the Company in the early 2000s. Today the solutions implemented span all the areas of business beyond financials and wholesale distribution, including remote sales, warehouse management and retail points of sale.

IMAGE has been in the business of capturing customers' memories since 1987. Today, IMAGE is the largest and most successful photo concessionaire in the world. It has operations in more than 40 cruise ships from the most recognized cruise lines in the world: Azamara Club Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Paul Gauguin Cruises and Royal Caribbean International.

Since 1996, ICON has been the Microsoft Dynamics GP partner for Image. We have grown with this prestigious client, whose daily operations include highly complex data integrations to bring data from ships to their Dynamics GP platform. The company operates several distribution centers, the main one in Miami, FL, while the headquarters are located in the Cayman Islands. Dynamics GP-based operations include all of their financials, purchasing, inventory as well as their eCommerce website www.ourcruisephotos.com.

The largest tire distributor in the Dominican Republic, representing key brands Bridgestone, Firestone, Pirelli, Continental and Good Year among others. HYLSA is the leader not only in tires import and distribution, but also batteries and lubricants, providing sales and services that exceed their customers' expectations every time.

ICON is responsible to bring HYLSA a world-class financial and operations system based on Microsoft Dynamics GP. Our work has been key in allowing the company to grow from one to five branches in just a few years.

Bahamas First is the leading insurance company in The Bahamas, offering peace of mind to thousands of customers. Their goal is to remain first in every aspect of their business – from offering insurance products that meet their customers’ needs, to providing prompt and fair claims settlements, to being a responsible corporate citizen. Bahamas First has operations in various countries in the Caribbean region.

ICON has been responsible of automating some key financial and operational procedures using Microsoft Dynamics GP. Of particular impact on this project was the development of an integration process that bring all payable claims from their vertical insurance software into Dynamics GP for check printing and GL coding — a truly business-critical process for the company.

E-Power is private company that owns and operates a state-of-the art 30-megawatt heavy fuel oil power station located in Drouillard, Cite Soleil. It produces and sells electricity to the state-owned utility, Electricité d'Haiti (EDH), under a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement awarded competitively following an international request for proposal supervised by the IDB and the World Bank. It is the first Haitian independent power producer to receive international funding.

Through operational efficiency and fuel savings, the project saves US $20-30 million every year to the Haitian economy: an economic return in excess of 40% compared to hard investment costs of around US $60 million. Part of this operational efficiency is thanks to their current implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP and ReQlogic procurement software, by ICON. These products along with sound business processes allow E-Power to provide their employees with correct and timely information that enables them to make informed decisions to keep the operation running at its best.

Société d’Importation de Produits Alimentaires is a Haitian corporation founded in 1991. Over the years, SODIPAL has evolved into one of the most important importers and distributors of this country. The last five years have seen incredible growth as the company has expanded its product offering by incorporating new lines of higiene, cosmetics and perfume products. SODIPAL is exclusive distributor for world renowned brands such as Evian, Volvic, Elle & Vire, Hera, Ambrosoli, Carozzi, Calvet, Pommery, Cereser, Santa Carolina, Plagatox, and also distributes its own private labels Delta ® , BOBEBE ®, Vita ®, Lia ® and Nounou ®.

ICON was selected to implement a systems solution with aims to sustain the high growth rate of the company. In less than one year, the company went from an obsolete system, to having a world-class system for finances, purchasing/landed costing, inventory and remote sales force. Today, orders come in from the field in real-time and they have achieved their goal of reducing the delivery time to less than 24 hours.
